  • Scholarships: CITF is proud to offer the Jack Oakie and Victoria Horne Oakie Apprentice Program. As with all educational opportunities, not all passionate and qualified applicants have the financial ability to participate. Each full scholarship is $2,000 to cover applicable tuition and festival expenses. Please feel free to contribute full or partial scholarships to our scholarship fund.
